Refund policy

At Style For Coireya, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with our hassle-free return, replacement, and refund process.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of item delivery. If 7 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags, packaging, and invoices intact.

  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale may not be eligible for return unless received in a damaged or defective condition.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please share an unboxing video or clear photos/videos of the damaged item along with your Order ID via email (styleforcoireya@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+91 9979917387).

  • Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or initiate a full refund.

3. Return Process

  1. Send an email to styleforcoireya@gmail.com or contact support at +91 9979917387 with your Order ID and reason for return.

  2. Once your request is approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup (if available in your pincode) or guide you on the return shipping process.

4. Refund Policy & Timelines

  • Inspection: Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Prepaid Orders: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI) within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be transferred directly to your verified Bank Account (via UPI / NEFT) within 5 to 7 business days after receiving your bank details.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled directly; they must be processed via the return policy upon delivery.
